no menu monday.

to be honest, i have no idea what we are having this week other than leftovers tonight. we had friends in town all weekend which means i had 0 time to plan. i do know that we will be having lots and lots of chicken. and probably a lot of rice. but...i do want to share this awesome cake i made for brad's birthday(which was saturday) it was amazing and such a hit! the sand is graham crackers, the grass and ocean are just dyed icing. :)
